Candle Care
- Light your candle with a BBQ lighter or long safety match
- Ensure you burn your candle on a stable and heat resistant surface.
- Do not touch bottle when candle is burning
- Please keep away from children, pets, curtains and wind.
- To extinguish your candle use your cork lid.
- Wooden wicks:
- If your flame is too high or the flame is weak, trim your wooden wick with wick trimmers. If you don't have these, you can use tweezers to take off the burnt wood in a line.(This will give a cleaner and even burn.)
- Wooden wicks are a bit more maintenance then your normal wick, following strict instructions will help ensure the longevity of your candle.
-
Please follow all instructions included with your candle bag or on the sticker at the bottom of your bottle. (Mini candles will have the care guide on the sticker at the bottom of the jar).
-
Store the candles somewhere stable — ideally around 20–25°C.
• Avoid cold storage areas like garages or windowsills
• Avoid keeping them near windows or air conditioning where the glass can cool unevenly.

Wood Wick Care
A gentle crackling flame begins with a well-maintained wick. If you notice soot forming on the glass, it’s often a sign that your wood wick needs to be kept short and clean.
Before each burn, ensure the wood wick is trimmed to approximately 3–5mm. Wood wicks perform best when kept short, as longer wicks can produce excess smoke or soot.
Once your candle has completely cooled, carefully snap off any loose, charred wood from the tip or use a wick trimmer to remove buildup. If needed, lightly wipe away any soot from the glass and wax using a dry, lint-free cloth.
Keep the wax free from debris to ensure a clean, even burn.

Fragrance oilsTo ensure the best performance possible in your candles, our candle fragrance oil suppliers are designed and developed in Sydney, Australia and are completely vegan/ cruelty-free. As they are produced specifically as a candle making and soap making supply, they are synthetic in substance to ensure the best performance when used in soy wax and body products. Many of our fragrance oils do contain a high percentage of essential oils for an accurate and natural scent. All oils are nontoxic and do not contain palm oil.
Nature
Most candles that are made with nature scenes will have objects inside that have been hand picked from the earth around us. With that being said no two sticks are ever the same, no two shells are ever the same and nothing handpicked from the natural environment is ever the exact same. They will differ in colour, shape and size. Although I try to replicate every image I've put online, they will always be different. Even the placement will be different, due to every piece being handcrafted. I find this is the true beauty of my work, because everyone will have their own unique piece meant for them! Please make sure you are okay with this, before purchasing my products.
The wax
The candle wax we use offers the highest performance of any candle making wax available and is a blend of purely natural coconut and soy wax. Being natural means we will sweat and have we spots, this does not affect the performance of the candle and will not be classified as faulty. This happens because of any weather change occurring. At times a ring may be created, this called frosting. Frosting is something that happens naturally, as the wax tries to go back to it's original state. This shows that the candles are chemical free, and what could be better then breathing in chemical free, sensational aroma.
The gel wax used for the little scene at the bottom of your candle, is a transparent, rubbery compound composed of mineral oil and polymer resin. The nature of the gel wax may cause your scene to have bubbles and/or air bubbles. This is something that will be different in every candle and is the beauty of gel wax. Each scene will form bubbles according to the climate around it. This is NOT a fault and does not affect the burn of the candle. It's simply a beauty in itself. I try and capture raw nature scenes in almost all my candles, and nature is imperfectly perfect, as are my candles.
