To release the fragrance:
Method 1:(Using ball plug for less fragrance flow)
Unscrew the wooden lid, then insert plug and remove the top part of the plug out of the bottle, so that the steel ball is left inside the neck of the bottle. Screw the wooden lid back on. Invert the jar for few seconds, to get the fragrance in contact with the wooden lid and rope. (The steel ball prevents spillage by creating a slower flow rate.) Screw the wooden lid back on. Now hang!
Method 2 (
This option is for more fragrance flow. Take out the plug that is in bottle on purchase, then screw the wooden lid back on. Gently rotate the bottle on its side for 1-3 seconds to slightly wet the wooden lid, then return the bottle to the upright position. Now hang!
Repeat one of these options every time you need to refresh your fragrance.
Duration:
Your fragrance can last up to 2 months, depending on climate and which option you choose to refresh your fragrance.
Suitable for hanging in bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, cupboards, wardrobes and Cars.
Please note, if your car diffuser has gold or rose gold flakes inside. Eventually the flakes will turn silver as the liquid will take on the colour of the flakes in time.

Car Diffuser Lid Won’t Unscrew?
Our car diffusers are designed with a natural wooden lid that brings both beauty and functionality. Because wood is a porous and living material, it responds to changes in temperature and humidity, even before the diffuser is opened.
In warm or humid environments such as inside a car, the wooden lid can absorb moisture from the air and expand slightly. This natural expansion may cause the lid to feel tighter or more difficult to unscrew, even if it was not closed firmly to begin with.
If this occurs, we recommend gently using a tea towel to help you grip and open the lid with ease. For added comfort, placing the diffuser in the fridge for a short time may help the wood contract slightly, making it easier to remove.
To Ahelp prevent this even further, always ensure the rim is clean and dry before sealing the bottle, and store your diffuser in an upright position.
